Krystal Holmes – Board of Assessment Appeals
Krystal Holmes is a lifelong Suffield resident and dedicated Realtor with nearly 25 years of experience, proudly raising her two children in the town she’s always called home. Deeply committed to community service, she volunteers regularly with Meals on Wheels, leads as Scoutmaster for Troop 262, assists with the Suffield PMC Kids Ride, and currently serves on the Board of Assessment Appeals and the Suffield Observer Board of Directors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong real estate experience and knowledge of property values and market trends is an asset on the board and helpful in accurately determining
- A trusted community leader known for fairness, integrity, and a thoughtful, detail- oriented approach to decision-making.
- Has proven commitment to public service through current and past roles on town boards, including four years on the Board of Assessment Appeals and prior service on the Board of Selectmen.
