Aaron Marcavitch – Board of Education (2 yr)
Aaron Marcavitch is an experienced municipal and nonprofit leader with a background in community education and engagement. He has served as the Executive Director of CT Landmarks/Phelps-Hatheway House and currently works for the Town of Enfield. He is on the board of the Suffield Historical Society and the Suffield Greater Together program. He also has been the Committee Chair for Scout Troop 66 and supported the work of the Suffield Girl Scouts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Raising, with his wife Andrea, two children who have been in the Suffield Public Schools
- Advocate and supporter of strong youth centered organizations
- Strong supporter of arts, culture, athletic, and experiential educational models
- Strategic and organizational planner with 20+ years of experience with boards and organizations
